Degrassi Season 10 woot woot!!!

Degrassi returns July 19th every night @ 9pm eastern! It's going to be amazing, new romances, fights, and gut-wrenching drama that "goes there". All episodes will lead up to the new movie Degrassi Takes Manhattan. For the whole month of July I'll be a complete recluse, my friends and family may never see me again, but Degrassi is BEYOND worth it.

I'm so irresponsible it's not even funny : (

Ugh, sometimes I am just too unbelievable and not in a good way. My school recommends every student to have a certain graphing calculator, a TI-84 to be exact. It's a great graphing calculator and works for all math levels (from Algebra I to Calculus), however it cost over one hundred dollars in retail. You can buy this calculator for a fraction of that price on e Bay but then you'll have to wait 5-8 business days for it which is not good if you're in summer school. My parents bought me this special calculator at the beginning of my freshmen year, and half way through the year I lost it. They took no pity on me and said that I had to buy myself a new one. So, I saved up all my Christmas pennies and bought one on eBay for half the retail price, and you'll never guess what happened to it........ I LOST IT!!! Yep, that's right, I lost a $122 calculator, and then a $50 calculator (same model), so now I have to take the money I've been saving for a homecoming dress and spend it on a 3rd TI-84 graphing calculator. I'm NOT telling my parents and I vow that this 3rd calculator will not be "misplaced".

it's the beginning of the end my friends

Oh no! Freshmen year is over! A whole year of coasting, acing every test without even trying, has flown out the window! Now for the dreaded sophomore year where I'll be taking a whopping TWO honors classes instead of just one, (I know I'm a slacker, complaining about two honors courses while all of my friends are taking four or five!). It's not all bad though, because; although I didn't get re-elected to be on ASB (student government) AND I didn't get a part in the play that I recently auditioned for, I was accepted to be apart of the Ambassadors program at my school (which is another branch of student leadership) and I landed a role in the last play of my freshmen year, The Brothers Grim Spectacularthon! So overall, freshmen year was pretty legit, and I'm praying that the good Lord will give me an even more amazing sophomore year *gulp* I'm glad I'm not a freshmen.......but.....is there any way I can time travel to my post graduation party???
